Payment Information

What are your accepted payment methods?
» Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa 

Can I pay with a check or money order?
» If you prefer this payment method for your order, please contact Lisa Wolniewitz at (512) 426-0131

When am I charged for my order?
» Production of your order begins immediately after receipt. Therefore your credit card will be authorized and charged as soon as you place your order through our website.

Shipping Policies & Order Status

Can you update me on the status of my order?
» In order to check on the status of your order, log in and go to your account. Click on the “View Orders” tab, you will see all the orders that you have placed and the status of each order. If you have further questions you can email Lisa Wolniewitz and we will get back with you within 24 hours.

How are Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC orders delivered?
» All domestic orders are sent to the address you specify via UPS Ground except for PO Box addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?
» Your customized Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC order will take approximately 10-15 business days for prints to be completed and shipped. Albums will take longer depending on design and Client approval. Orders cannot be processed until all information is received with the photograph/digital image.

Can I have my order rushed through production?
» Not at this time

What are the shipping and handling costs?
» Shipping and handling costs are calculated at time of placing the order using UPS fares and ship to address. All shipments are originated in Lakeway, TX.

Can a finished order be delivered to someone else?
» Yes. We ask you for the shipping and billing address. We will not contact the recipient in any way.

How will I know when my order ships?
» We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

Sitting Fee / Wedding Deposit Policy

I paid the Sitting Fee or Wedding Deposit to secure my event’s date. Is this fee refundable?
» Sitting Fee or Wedding deposits are due when scheduling the event. This fee guarantees the photographer(s) availability on the agreed date and duration of services. The fee is noncancellable  and non-refundable.

What happens in case of an Emergency on the day of the event?
» Please contact Lisa Wolniewitz to reschedule the event.

What happens in case of inclement weather on the day of the event?
» Please contact Lisa Wolniewitz to reschedule the event within the following 30 days

What happens if Time Knot Forgotten Photography cannot perform an agreed contract due to causes beyond the control of the parties?
» In case of fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. In the event Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC fails to perform for any other reason, Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

What happens if images are lost?
» In the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Time Knot Forgotten Photography, LLC , the company shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. 

Return Policy

What is the return policy?
» All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from shipment. If you need to return a product, please send an e-mail to Lisa Wolniewitz. We will remake unsatisfactory products returned within 30 days, but we do not offer refunds.

Do you have any kind of customer satisfaction guarantee?
» If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 20 days and we will remake it (same product, same image) at no additional cost.

What is your cancellation policy?
» We immediately begin processing your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Who do I contact if I am having a problem with my order?

Did my order go through?
» If your order has been entered successfully, you will receive an email confirmation shortly thereafter.
